What happens if I need to change my booking during my trip?
keyboard_arrow_downYou can of course make changes to your booking during the trip. The fees for this depend on the tariff booked. You can easily make changes in the app, on the web interface or via Customer Support.
Can I speak German with all service staff?
keyboard_arrow_downThe service staff at Lanes & Planes are permanently employed, trained travel agents who speak German.
Can I continue to use bonus programs for companies?
keyboard_arrow_downYes, in the company account you have the option of entering bonus programs from providers, such as an airline, in order to receive your company-specific conditions and rates when booking.
Can employees store their own bonus & discount cards?
keyboard_arrow_downAt Lanes & Planes you have the option of storing your bonus and discount cards. To do this, go to your user account, to the bonus & discount cards area. There you will find all the cards already stored and can save a new card by clicking on “add card”.
